The Civic Association will hold its spring meeting on Sunday, June 6 at 7pm at the Swim Club. The Civic Association will hold its annual election. Please consider running for the Board. We welcome your energy and ideas. The time commitment is far from onerous. The board currently meets twice a year before meetings. Other meetings are held on a need basis to discuss community issues.
This Sunday we will hear updates on state, county and city issues of concern to all of us from Senator Jim Rosepape, Delegates Joseline Pena-Melnyk, Barbara Frush and Ben Barnes, County Councilmember Eric Olson and City Councilmembers Denise Mitchell & Marcus Afzali. There will also be updates on Neighborhood Watch and the Swim Club.
